Binocular vision problems in athletes
Problems catching the ball or judging distances? Your binocular vision might be preventing you from reaching your full potential.
Having problems catching the ball, is distance judgment not quite right, or do you not position yourself correctly on the field? It could be your binocular vision that is preventing you from reaching your full potential.
Sports vision is eyemaxxing for athletes – training the visual skills that can make a difference in sports performance. TrainYourEyes sports vision training is specifically designed for athletes and is used internationally by elite athletes, including athletes from Team Denmark. Recreational athletes can benefit from the training as well, helping them develop their visual skills and make the most of their potential. In sports such as handball, badminton, tennis, golf, football, motorsport, shooting and skiing, efficient vision is essential. Eyemaxxing through sports vision training focuses on visual skills such as eye coordination, tracking, peripheral awareness, focus flexibility, visual reaction and eye-hand coordination. The goal is simple: train your eyes to see, process and react more efficiently – and maximize your visual performance.
